Training for school teachers, PTA members, and students on health and hygiene practices, water quality monitoring, and testing water samples using the TWAD Board's Field Water Test Kit (FWTK), as well as the operation and maintenance of the Jalmaani (water purification instrument) installed in the government schools. Also raised awareness about Rain Water Harvesting with the set up of a small exhibition with live models, photo banners, etc.
In 2018, a public awareness meeting was conducted on “Water Management” and “Water conservation” at the TNHB apartment campus, Selvapuram in which Nearly 150 residents participated.
In 2020, an online Essay writing Competition for School and College Students at Tamil Nadu State Level was conducted on the topic “Innovative Ideas in Water Resource Conservation Practices”. One hundred students who presented the best ideas were given prizes and appreciation through the internet. All the participating students were given a participation certificate online.
At Coimbatore District Level, an oratorical competition was conducted on the topics of "Water Management" and "Environmental Protection" to create awareness among government school students.
On October 19, 2019, an awareness conference on "Water Management and Environmental Protection" was organized at the CRI Trust Auditorium, located at Siddhaputhur Corporation Higher Secondary School. In the same stage, the following social workers who have contributed much to society were selected and honored.
Thirukkural ambassador Dr. M.K. Anwar Bhatsa with the award of "Natamaadum Thirukkural Semmal", Mr. CR Ilangovan with "Historical Research Semmal" Kurudampalayam panchayat President Dr. D. Ravi with "Thooimai Valar Semmal", Kovai Kulangal Paathukaappu Amaippu Mr. R. Manikandan and Kuruchi Kulam Paathukaappu Amaippu "Pon. Arumugam" with “Neer Valam Paathukaappuch chemmal"award.
In the year 2022, We conducted a Tamil Nadu state-level online speech contest. The competition was inaugurated by Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Mr. Rajagopal Sunkara. I.A.S. School students were given the topic “Importance and Conservation of Water Resources” and the College students were given the topic “Rehabilitation, Rejuvenation, and Conservation of Water”. About 800 students from all over Tamil Nadu participated enthusiastically.
